A large base, where soldiers were trained and deployed during the war times. While it is still inhabited, it's more used for an Academy then any real fighting. The courtyard, once a great place for training young Earthbenders, is now a slight wreck, even five years after Avatar Aang lost control at the threats made by then-General Fong. Very little has been replaced- a slight punishment to the facility that allowed such a man to rise in rank.
