This forest is no longer filled with trees as it once was, instead desolated by what little of the Fire Nation attack occured, as well as the battle between the Avatar and Ozai. This area is treated almost like sacred grounds- no one dares go there. Lands still showing some char in places, growth pitiously small in some places, and thick just meters away, and almost an air of mure malace mark these lands. Despite it being the site of the final battle, no memorial resides here. The place is enough of that on it's own.
