This ocean, surrounding the islands of the Fire Nation, can carry boats to any of the oceans of the other nations. Dotted along the waters are small, volcanic islands, and many more lie just below the surface, and many of them are quite active. Because of this, the waters here tend to be a good few degrees warmer, and spontainous large waves can occur from an explosive eruption. Despite all the activity, fish still populate this waters in huge amounts, and are mostly of the tropical variety. Also, many coral reefs line these waters.
