Ryo doesn't have any political standpoint, he simply relys on himself.
Apperance:
While already in his mid 30's, Ryo doesn't appear very old at all. Standing at 5'10", Ryo has tanned skin, with no scars on his body, except a long dagger scar, stretching from his right temple, all the way diagnol to the left side of his jaw. He has baby blue eyes, and short black hair. Ryo his a slim athletic build, yet doesn't appear to look like much of a fighter. As for an outfit, Ryo wears baggy black pants, with the ends tied down with cloth. For his shirt, he wears a short-sleeved black gi, with a hidden dagger sheathed at his left side. His feet are completely wrapped in cloth, and he wears a simple pair of sandals.
Ryo looks calm for the most part, and emotionless, so few people can tell what he is really thinking. Around his right wrist, are three linked chains, similar to bracelets, except... well... chains..
/Combat Structure\
[/u][/center]Bending:
Firebending, Uncontrolable. Ryo isn't able to preform his firebending with a mere punch and 'Poof' a fireball comes flying at you, no, he is different. Without any training in Firebending, his bending comes when he is extremely angry, and gets into a fight. An example is when he was young, he threw a punch and when he took his fist away from the mans face, there was a burn mark. (Pretty much, if he gets to the point where he fights, which he'll need to be angry to even happen for the most part, his punches will "ignite" upon impact, and burn your skin, but he can't shoot fireballs and such.)
Weapons:
Ryo commonly uses martial arts and boxing during a fight, but he is skilled in use of a Bo staff, dagger, and sword.
Combat Style:
Ryo has a unique fighting style. He generally uses a self made style, which unlike most martial arts, is 'streetfighting'. Instead of sweeping kicks, flying kicks, blocks and punches, all while in a single stance for the most part, he fights similar to modern day American boxers and thugs. Using hook punches, jabs, uppercuts, and some knee and elbow strikes, Ryo combines powerful punches, with combos that can be devestating. While angry, Ryo's punches become even more devestating, as they give third degree burns to the skin of those who are hit.
/Biography\
[/u][/center]Personality:
Ryo is seemingly calm, not letting much disturb him, and is seemingly mellow. If you piss him off though, you'll end up paying for it with various things... These could vary from his thugs cutting off a finger, knocking all of your teeth out, cutting off an ear, or even your tongue, if you say something behind his back. He has numerous thugs under his command, and has several 'branches' of thugs. There are atleast 20 thugs per area, keeping things in order, and collecting money. Whenever there is someone who refuses to pay protection fee's, Ryo can be seen walking to wherever they are, with several thugs following him, and dealing with it accordingly. Ryo realizes that even idiots deserve a second chance, and on your 'third strike', it is quite simply put.... You die. Luckily enough for most people, they don't even take a chance with getting the 'First Strike'.
History:
There was once a brave Fire Nation soldier, who was in the Earth Kingdom during a war. Sh!t happened, and the man was left to die outside a small village. Nobody helped the man, nobody cared, they felt that because he was a fire Nation Soldier, he deserved a slow and painful death, but there was one woman who felt different. Chi, a waterbender who was raised with her mother who was an Earth bender (Father was a waterbender.), found the man one day, and healed his wounds. Days passed, and the mans fever passed, and he woke up after nearly dying just a week ago. Keiji was the mans name, and he stayed in the village and fell in love with the woman. A year passed, and a child was born, and they named him Ryo. Ryo didn't have any traits of a Fire Nation child, as he had baby blue eyes, showing his Water Tribe blood. Four years passed, and the couple lived happily with their child, until one day. Several fire nation benders came to the village, having tracked down Keiji in order to bring him back, due to being considered MIA, as he was never seen again after the assault, but his body wasn't collected, meaning he was alive.
Angry, Keiji refused, and was instantly attacked by 8 Firebenders. After losing his 'Inner Fire', due to the loss of his anger after having a happy family, without the need of firebending, Keiji quickly lost, and was dragged back to the ship, and to the Fire Nation where he was held prisoner, since he lose his usefulness. Overwhelmed with sadness, his mother became sick when Ryo was 6, and died within a month.
This left Keiji an orphan.
With nobody else to care for him, a group of thugs took him under their wing, and fed him and sheltered him, in return for his 'Life Long Services'. Time passed, and Ryo became good at what he did, as he appeared to be an innocent Water Tribe child, he was easily able to steal from old ladies, and he learned to fight as well. One day, when Ryo was 10, he wanted out, and was confronted by several members of the 'gang'.
"Come here you little sh!t!!!" shouted one of the men, as he reached for Ryo with a dagger in his right hand.
"LEAVE!!! ME!! ALONE!!" Shouted the boy, as he swung his fist, which luckily hit the man in his face. The man then screamed, grabbing his face and falling to the ground, and when he removed his hand, a scorch mark the size of a young boys fist was on the mans skin. "YOU LITTLE SH!T!!!" Shouted the man, running torwards the boy as he punched again. This punch hit the man in the eye, which was now burned as well. In fear, all but two of the men ran away, who would have guessed the little sh!t could bend fire? The remaining two weren't afraid, and Ryo kicked one in the nuts, followed by two punches to the mans face. Both punches landed, and scorch marks were on the mans face, one at his left jaw, the other on his nose. The remaining man who wasn't injured, simple walked away, saying "Fu*k this, I'm not letting some kid beat my ass.... Thats just sad..".
The kid was out now, but what good was it? He had nowhere to go, and nowhere to stay, nothing to eat.. And once again, he was.. Alone. He then started to do what he did before, but now all the money went to him, not to some damn thugs. By the time he was 15, he was pretty well off, and became known in nearby cities as the guy who took out several members of a group of thugs when he was only 10. He then had people wanting to join him, while it was a small group of four thugs, it was still a group, and the men went to Jang Kai city, a great place to make a name for yourself, as there were few thugs, and numerous business opprotunities... The village where it all started to get big for Ryo.
Ryo set up his "Base" in a large house he bought with saved money from the past five years of criminal activities, and started to extort small businesses. While things where rough at first, with only Ryo and four thugs, breaking merchandise in local stores, and guaranteeing that this kind of stuff wouldn't happen if they paid half their profits, Ryo started to become 'Big'.
(Example - First time)
Ryo was walking to a store, a smirk on his face, with four thugs following him. As the five men entered the store, Ryo, the obvious leader, muttered directions to the men, and with grins, they went up and began to pocket goods, and break things. "Alright, heres the deal, you don't want your precious business to get all f*cked up because you don't want to pay me, do you?" Said Ryo, as he raised his hand, motioning the men to stop, as he waited for a response.
"Just who the f*ck do you think you are! Do you know who I am!" shouted the shop owner at the 16 year old.
"No... And I really don't care." said Ryo, as he grabbed the man by his shirt, and sidestepped, making the man come with him, as he slammed the mans head into a wall. "Did I make myself clear?" said Ryo quietly, whispering to the man.
"You're gonna have to do better then that, a*shole..." said the man, with an ignorant smile.
Cracking his neck, Ryo drew his fist back, and hit the man in the nose, easily breaking it. "Boys, cause some mayhem." said Ryo, letting the man drop down. While the man was still concious, he was in too much pain to focus, and stuttered, trying to get his words straight. "O-k-o...Ok....Oh..Ay... Okay... I..I'll.. Pay.." said the man, as blood poured down his face. "Good, I'm glad you saw things my way. Now then, every day at noon, someone will be here to get our money, got it?" said Ryo, as he walked off.

After a few businesses had been extorted, Ryo had several more low life thugs wanting to join him, and within a year, Ryo had several houses over the city, each being a safehouse for his men. As time passed, Ryo had become more influential, and had no longer had to show any violence, merely hearing that someone worked for Ryo got someone talking. The 19 year old had become quite a figure in the city, and most likely one of the most influential people of his kind. It didn't take Ryo long to realize only extortion wouldn't suffice, and he began to offer 'services' to people for the right pay. Not only did he begin to sell his thugs abilities as hitmen, but he invested into a new business, a 'shipping company'. He bought a ship, and would transport goods between the Fire Nation and Earth Kingdom, selling wares to soldiers of both groups, as well as food and other provisions to places that didn't get much, in exchange for payment. Smaller cities across the ocean began to pay Ryo by the month for provisions, and Soldiers began to buy better quality weapons and armor, as the ship came by each month with Ryo's trusted men aboard (Atleast 50 men.).
It was bound to happen soon, as one day several Earth Benders came to Ryo's home, in order to arrest him, after being told that there was a chance he is the same man who has been causing problems.
"You, Ryo, correct? You are to come with us, you are under arrest." said one of the men, and Ryo simply looked at him for several seconds before responding. "What?! I haven't done anything, who do you think I am?!" exlaimed Ryo out loud. "You are the Firebender Ryo, who has been killing men, and injuring innocents, in return for a cut of their profit, as well as destroying property." replied the man.
"You gotta be kiddin' me.... Look at my eyes, do I look like I'm from the Fire Nation? And I can't even bend..." said Ryo, pointing to his eyes.
One of the men said to the one who was previously talking "You know, he's right captain... The Ryo we were informed of is from the Fire Nation, and nobody in this city claimed he is the guy...", looking somewhat embaressed that they might have came to the wrong guy, wrongfully accusing him.
"Look, my name is Ryo, yeah... But I own a shipping company, thats all I have... We ship out goods to smaller villages along the coast that are too poor, or that have too poor conditions to grow their own food, or make their own clothes... I'm a damn humanitarian and you're assuming I'm a criminal?" said Ryo, as he walked torwards the men.
"Uh... Sorry sir, I thought you were the guy.... We had people informing us that around 10 years ago, a man named Ryo came here with four men, and began to blackmail store owners, and take over their businesses." said the leader.
"Well, I heard the same thing, and ever since people like you have been tracking me down and blaming me, for the past 5 years I have lived here." said Ryo.
"I'm sorry for the trouble sir." said the man, looking embarassed, as he walked away. Turning around, Ryo had smiled, successfully evading the law.
Ryo's life became easier, as he hardly had to do anything now, simply relying on his men to do it. But there were still those times where he had to take action, and beat some guys a*s. Ryo hadn't had many complications, and Jin Kai was completely under his thumb, and he could crush it with the smallest 'push'. People feared him, and people respected him, but nobody ever stood in Ryo's way. But how long until that will change? Any bounty hunters were easily paid off or even killed, and Ryo seldom had to punch a man in 10 years.
On his 32n'd birthday, an assassin came. This would be the first time in 15 years he hit a man.
"You.. You are Ryo, correct." stated the man, not really asking, but merely stating a fact.
"Yeah.. I am.. And who are you?" asked Ryo, as he balled up a fist.
"The last person you will see in your life." said the assassin, as he charged Ryo.
Unsheathing his hidden dagger, Ryo blocked a vertical slash from a shortsword, followed by Ryo dishing out a counter attack, parrying the shortsword, and stabbing the man inbetween two of his ribs.
The fight continued for 5 minutes, as Ryo toyed with the 'weak' assassin. "You know what... I'm growing bored of you." said Ryo, as he let out a laugh, with his eyes narrowed. Drawing back his fist, Ryo hit the man in the nose, breaking it and sending it into the mans brain, instantly killing him. As the short fight ended, 5 men rushed to Ryo's side. "Boss!" shouted one of the men, and Ryo reached out and began to choke the life out of him. "Oh... It's you..." said Ryo, thinking it was another assassin, as he hadn't paid any attention to the words being spoken. Ryo then released the thug, and he grasped at his throat, gasping for air.
"What just happened?" asked another man, seeing the body on the ground.
"What happened? What happened! A fuc*ing assassin came into my fu*king room, and you didn't even notice it, and your asking me what happened!!!?!" shouted Ryo. "Get this piece of sh!t body out of my room, and you..." said Ryo, pointing at the man he choked, and said "Clean my floor, there's too much blood." with a smile on his face.
Three years passed, and Ryo invested into yet another branch of work, selling medical supplies, as well as having his men who had skills in cooking and such open up shops around the world, to further increase his income, as well as scout out cities all around the Earth Kingdom and Fire Nation, and set up members there as well.
Ryo currently has men in small cities all around the Earth Kingdom and Fire Nation, but the most happen to be at Jang Kai.
