A secluded port that was once a hidden safe haven for incoming and outgoing refugees of the war, Full Moon Bay is now a thriving buisness for travelers between Earth Kingdom and the other nations. The stamp system has been taken over by more perky sales people, and the docks improved. Fisherman and the like can now also use this area for their trade, and merchants selling products to travelers have sprung up like wild flowers in the immediate area.
